SN, Issue #008 -- Do you really want a better job?
August 17, 2009

Security News #008 - August 17, 2009

It amazes me the number of security guards that fail to continue their training as soon as they receive their security guard license. As an employer of security guards I always look to see what training and updating of skills a security guard has completed since starting work in the security industry.

What have you done since starting work as a security guard?

Do you want to advance your career?

If you want to move up the ladder you need to prepare yourself and make the employer want to advance you? They won't advance you if you can't make the effort on yourself -- sounds harse but it is the facts of ANY industry.
